To all the people who are reading! I am soooooo terribly sorry it has taken me this long to update this! Don’t hate me! I’m sorry! Stop looking at me that way, I didn’t mean to! What?! Pitchforks?! Wait, I’m sorry! Stop it that hurts! Is that gasoline?! No, don’t put it on me! Get the fire away, I’ll burn! NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

I’m just kidding! But I really am sorry! For some reason, people were all like “Oh Cruzi! You have no life! So let’s give you everything under the sun to do!” and I was like “Oh yes! I love bending over and getting fucked! It’s my favorite thing to do!” and I’ve been over bombarded with things ever since. (Note: Events described are not accurate. These are not exact quotes). So that took up like ¾ of my time and the other ¼ of my time was consumed by a very pompous, stuck up, spoiled, stupid, adorable, cute, confused, rock-star vampire! Yes, Cruzi has always been a vampire fan! (Not twilight!) And recently, my old, dormant love for the Vampire Lestat, suddenly hit me full force in the butt. Thanks Cupid, you fucking shit!

The song is by Dead Can Dance. I love them and their music is so relaxing. They usually have long song names…maybe half the time.

Let’s actually get on the chapter. So, Carmen’s back! Yes, couldn’t have completely left her out of things. So, for those of you who don’t know, I started writing this story last summer. It would have been finished then, but I got in trouble and my mom took it away. She kept it for like 4 months. In that time, the real Carmen broke up with the real Thurby. So…I had to somehow cut her out of the story. It made me sad! Carmen really is studying to become a nurse/practitioner and we have always talked about moving to New Orleans for a few years. Carmen really does make terrifying faces and one night I really did leave the room in tears because she was scaring m right after we watched a scary movie. That is a picture of Carmen and I over there. P.S: Cruzi loves the Gipsy Kings! (Note: that is how they spell their name. I do know how to spell Gypsy.

Yay! Skye! I love her and she hadn’t made an appearance in a while. Skye owns me and right now she is currently waiting on our plantation, Pointe du Morne D’Or, for me to return home from the war. (Lol, inside joke). Anyway, she sure seems to be climbing that social ladder! What does she have planned? Word of warning: Jeff would not stand a chance against a pissed Skye. She would tear him to shreds.

And last but not least, Jeff. Yes, we are getting married and expect that wedding to go down in the next chapter. No, there will no honeymoon sex. I will not be covering the honeymoon…but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any sex. Just for warning. So everything will come together in the last chapter. That is the next one, and after that there is an epilogue. Keep an eye out, I will get it up as soon as possible.

I love you all and for your sakes, I will ignore Lestat and I will focus on finishing this book. Lestat can live without my attention for one day. (Actually for all those who are familiar with The Vampire Chronicles and Lestat, I’m not sure how he would handle not being the center of attention)
